        rude owners

        My son was staying here and I had to get in touch with him. It was an urgent emergency. I called the front desk and a lady answered and I told her that it was an emergency and I needed my sons room number so I could call him. She said that she could not give me a room number and she hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and I told him I had an emergency and I needed to get a message to my son and he said "we dont give messages to people here" I then asked him if he would trransfer me to his room via phone and he also hung up on me. These people are very rude and uncaring.
