Richardson Meat Processing

I've been going here off an on for 32 years, an have never had a problem.. I have seen people bring in a half year old button buck or doe, that might of weighed 75 lbs at the most. An seen these same people get mad that the received 45 to 50lbs back in deboned steaks, hunter sticks or summer sausage. Yea it would be nice to get 150lbs back in jerky, summer sausage an prime steaks back, but how? These mad people need to wake up an realize, this work is hard enough. But to bash a meat butcher an packer, will not make that deer grow in size. All the old farmers of cattle take there cattle to Richardson's longer then me or you have.
That alone speaks loud enough for me.

im surprised at the bad reviews. we've had a cow and a pig done there in the last couple years, never had any issues. the packaging was perfect and well labled. they were very friendly and reasonbly priced.

Dont deserve 1 star..Never go there , read all the reviews people wrote, not all are on here.check the other sites.Richardson Shorted me by at least half of the meat I should have gotten.The packaging was terrible the meat was cut horribly.they kept all the prime meat and Charge RIDICULOUS Money to give you poor service and keep what they want of the Animal, that you bring them.You Raise your animal to get good safe meat for your family.Well you might be getting the meat from G****** farm Cows that Richardson butchers for.Go by Richardsons see the lil baby cows across the street from his dumpy butcher building behind his parents house.Richardson Cheats So many people the Better Business Bureau needs to know about this Place. Other people also complained they too took in huge cows got small steaks and meat was not cut right. He has so many bad reviews from customers the only people still going here are family and friends. Once you get shorted like the rest of us you will be Angry too ..Go anywhere else save the Agrevation, money and time.After the nightmare I had at Richardsons I took my other animals to another butcher I got almost 3 times the meat from same size animals and packaging was awsome and The pricing had beat Richardson buy a hundred bucks.read the reviws dont cheat your family the heathy meat that you deserve.Hunters beware do you want all the meat from your hunted ?

They switched our steer sent in for processing with another cow.

Our family has taken many, many deer here and they are AMAZING. They do a great job. The deer jerkey is the best around. Always friendly and helpful. Love these guys!!!!!

We have had a pig taken to them and they did a wonderful job with the meat. We will be back

Unless you remember to call this place about 3 weeks after dropping off your kill, they won't call you. If/when you call to find out about the meats that you dropped off, they have already sold it and claim that they called to let you know it was done, when in fact no call was made.



Take the extra drive to another processor that values the local men and women that hunt Genesee and surrounding counties here in Mid-Michigan.
