Shoe Doctor

I got cheated when I had my shoes repaired. It took 2 months to replace the elastic part on the back of the sandal with a bow in it. The elastic was replaced by a very cheap kind but was charged for a good kind ($15.00). The bow on the back of the sandal was replaced. I went back the same day and asked him why he did not fix my shoes as he promised and why the bow on the back of the sandal was replaced when it was not broken when I brought the sandal in for replacement of the elastic. I was told to take my business somewhere else because I did not let him do his job and returned my money. (after two months) and this was my third trip to pick up the sandals. The sandals were not ready when it was promised 3 days after I dropped them off.
