Provided by DexKnowsso sad, Loved this place when it opened many years it was wonderfully run & the past year or two has been the WORST experience ever!!! They will not answer their phones half the time you will go to a voicemail that says you can leave a message (if you do, don't expect to hear back for at least a whole day.. so if its important.. keep holding on) HOWEVER if it is10mins til the time the front desk ladies have to go eat their lunch or 10 mins til 5 when they are going home for the day, they will continue to put you back in the system EVEN after saying your call will be answered next in line.. THEN you will get HUNG UP ON!! And when you call back you do get an ANSWER ...but NEVER from the Clinic it is from their Answering Service saying they have left for the day.I KID YOU NOT... THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU!!They care more about clocking out & lunch than their patients. This has happened numerous times to me the past 8 months, I have already complained to the Longmont United Hospital who they are connected with,, was told its a new phone sysytem & they are working on it.. lol funny! sure is taking a long time on that "system"from 8AM I called to have a prescription called in that was needed & important , the Dr. & nurse both knew about it. I had not heard back so at 10 mins til 5 pm I called & was put into the system again & eventually hung up on, next time I called it was the answering service (NOT to my surprise this time..it is their way of not having to do their job for the last few mins. of the day) but really HANGING UP ON PATIENTS AFTER ASKING THEM TO HOLD?? to top it all off... I got a message from them at 4:58 saying the prescription was there & could be picked up in the MORNING??!!.. the Dr. and the nurse knew this was needed for the evening had my original message from 8AM. After practically crying to the answering service lady, they told me I could come pick it up & knock on the back door..KNOWING I was just out of the hospital ON oxygen & driving on medication I shouldn't have been driving on.. SEE ANY CONCERN THEIR FOR THEIR PATIENTS?? when the rudest person I have ever met in my life, answered the door.. I said "maam, you have to understand" She interupted me and said NO I DON'T, I don't have to be here now, I waited for you. REALLY??!! TOO FUNNY. maybe they wouldnt have to wait late if they didnt hang up on people and actually did their job. maybe she was in a hurry to get to the salon or dinner??!! I am NOT the only one in town who has noticed this lack of Management in this office. I have many friends that either use to go there and have already left and have been sharing many horror stories as of late... and all are looking for new Dr.sI really liked our Drs Nouhan & pediatrican Heinrichs.. But the office staff, the way the business part is run and always being hung up on makes you feel not very important. I want my Drs. to actually have care & concern for their patients.. not hire people who just want to leave! I think the Dr.s themselves are o.k. But, they should be concerned about the business end.. it is the WORST!!So, if you don't mind being a number & having a staff that really just wants a paycheck & doesn't care about you personally than this would be the place for you! Just because its close and convenient doesn't make it good.. infact I would drive to Longmont before ever stepping foot in there again.

Provided by DexKnowsI have been here to the Urgent care and have received great care, and the doctors I have seen here have been top of the line, I moved here from out of state and appreciate the care they have given me not knowing my medical history. They are thorough and very caring.

Provided by DexKnowsMy sister just left this so called clinic...she had an allergic reaction and they had her wait 10 minutes to sign in then wait for a DR.!!!! In the meantime her airways were being constricted and her eyes were completely swelled shut!!! Hello she needed immediate attention..a shot! Does it take her to pass out dead on the floor to get help?? Train the staff to be able to recognize who needs attention first!!!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsI have never been disrespected at any medical facility as I have at Longmont Clinic. I am changing Dr's so that I don't have to return there.

Provided by DexKnowsI have Basal cell carcinoma or Squamous Cell. Still waiting for the biopsy. I had been to several doctors before Dr. Clark and I was a bit scared and very confused. After speaking with the receptionist for Dr. Clark over the phone I was already feeling better. They got me in same day due to a cancellation. While in the office he actually listened to me, had a great sense of humor and made me feel so much better about the whole process. Then he said "So you want to take care of this now?" I was so surprised and of course said yes. 20 minutes later I was out the door. On top of that I have no insurance and Dr. Clark was so much more affordable then any of the others. I know he went way above to make it affordable for me and I will be forever in his debt. Even his staff was so supportive, friendly and cheerful. I think it is because they love working with Dr. Clark. IMO The Best Doctor you can hope to find.

Provided by DexKnowsThis center is wonderful for local routine needs. It has a lot of different types of physicians, offering varying schedules. It is VERY clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff went out of their way to assist with insurance difficulties. Nursing staff was truthful about possible wait time. Pediatrician was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything he was doing. Even the 2 year old was willing to participate! Have hared them make outside referrals when dealing with a special need, which is appreciated instead of trying to work through something they are not overly familiar with! Would recommend the pediatrician and facility.
