123 Recycling

At first there were no problems with timely pickup. However, I was out of town prior to my pickup dates twice and I left messages not to pickup recyclables because I wouldn't be at home to set them out on curb. No response from company and I was billed for those two missed pickups. Last month I did not received prior notice, but knew my pickup date.I returned home and was too late to place container on curb, so I called and left message about alternate pickup.No response. Not pleased with lack of responses.
