        I had exceptional service from an employee by the name of Mike. I was in need of a part for my broken microwave and he was very patient and knowledgeable.

        The prices are higher than you...

        The prices are higher than you can find on the Internet. The service is poor. I have never had a warranty charged without asking if you want it or not. They do not offer you help if the part is not the one you need.
