Watson's Fireplace & Patio

I was very impressed with service and product availability. From patio furniture to plants, bird food. I purchased new Weber stainless barbecue tool set, and two other items for grilling. This was the largest display of items for Weber , I have ever seen. I will go there again.

I have been going to Watson's Garden Center for Christmas since I was a kid. I have nothing but fond memories of seeing the animals and holiday cheer that Watson's brought to the community. When they extended their store into fireplace and patio center I bought my first set of patio furniture there. I have had nothing but great service from Watson's since my younger days. I have had my furniture about 15 years now and recently went in for a new set. I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces and found a great selection! They had so many sets on the floor I felt lost at first, but after talking to a pleasant salesperson she helped direct me to the perfect set for me. It was even in stock and delivered later that week! I will always go to Watson's for my outdoor needs. Unfortunately for the patio store the furniture lasts so long I don't go often, but I will never go anywhere else! The service and selection are just too great!

Watsons ripped us off! They delivered our $10,000. order damaged and missing parts! They never made it right and the don't care. Go to Offenbachers in Cockeysville. Our friends bought from there and were very happy.

Bad service, extremely high priced and terrible service. I've never experienced such a bad company to do business with. I was taken. They ripped me off. I received only part of my outdoor furniture order and it was damaged. After calling the store at least 15 times... Still no response! The owner obviously does not care about thier customers. Do not buy from them!
