On Wednesday March 13th,2013 I took my Buick to Clausen's for the first time. I was a little unsure if I was making the right choice since I've always taken my car to Farm & Fleet nextdoor. I always thought of these auto shops like Clausen's as having inexperienced employees just wanting to take your money. On Friday March 15th I picked up my car. I was totally blown away with the greatest service and hospitality I've ever received, I am now a loyal customer and I won't go anywhere else again. My car was on the brink of stalling and possible being a junker. Clausen prevented that from happening. I put my Buick to the test by driving 250 miles to Chicago the next day. Without this work my car would overheat and stall within an hour. I was never worried again. During the time my car was in the shop Clausen's gave me a loaner vehicle. Cameron Draws the service manager made me feel comfortable the whole time. Communication is excellent. mechanics are ASE Certified. I will return soon!
