Merry Maids

Reading these reviews, I just have to laugh. First off, they are Merry Maids, not Miracle Maids. They are not going to transform your moldy soap scum encrusted shower into the Sears showroom model. Many homes require several cleanings to bring up to a reasonable level of cleanliness. Secondly, they do not set 'appointments'. They do offer to reasonably accomodate time considerations (ie AM/PM), but NO DEFINITIVE APPOINTMENTS are given. That would be unfair to their other customers, who may get a sub-par cleaning if the team must get to their next appointment. Most complaints comes from customers who want more than they are willing to pay for. If you want everything in your house washed, you will pay more. They do not wash plastic mini-blinds, it costs less to replace them. Merry Maids will do a good job, as long as you don't expect miracles and just want your house cleaned. My suggestion is that if you are OCD or a control freak, just clean your house yourself.
