French Press Coffee House

French press coffee house was visited by my sister and I, today Sunday 1/6/14. First time there, we live out of town and come to New Orleans about 2 times a month to shop and eat at new places. The Severn street location was the shop we went to. We will not be going back, even though we liked the location. Coffee and hot tea were good, but she did not take downy order for a cup of soup, the sandwich was not good (chicken/avocado ) grocery store meat and avocado spread, and cake (yellow/choc) was like toast it was so dry. It was my birthday out with my sister, and we were very disappointed. To make matters worse my sister did not get a credit card recite and when we attempted to get on line with her lap top to check for moves, there was no WIF coming up. I hope that you can fix these things for your other patrons because we will not be coming back. Sincerely, would rather not say.
