They do not make their appointments on time.

You call them and they will tell you a date and time and do not show up.

They replaced my windshield around March of this year on a Ford Explorer 2012. A month later the molding on the windshield blew off. I had to deal with them again. Alliance never called to say the replacement part came in. My insurance had to fix this problem.

Don't use these people. They are not goo on their word and warranty work.
