Caring and friendly staff! Kids enjoyed playing in the play area while we waited to be seen. Doctor was caring and very professional!!!

SO beyond impressed with this place!! WAY awesome staff, very clean & everything is sterilized immediately after use (chairs, tables, etc). Waiting room is large with a play area for the little ones. I cannot get over the great treatment I was given by the front desk (Stephanie), my hygienist, the X-ray tech & the dentist herself.

Overall great experience, the wait was a bit more than I expected but well worth the wait. Dr. Narita was very patient and explained my treatment. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this dental office when looking for a dentist. A++++

I have been taking my children for about two years now, My children love going to their appointments. The office staff is so welcoming. Sandra always has a smile on her face and is so friendly.

Excellent. Great job & friendly staff as usual. They called me the day before asking for insurance information and I had no problems checking in and being seen (last appointment I had insurance issues and it caused a delay).

Went to my first cleaning appointment and the staff was great. I was nervous at first but they really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very friendly and I even was given the option to get my fillings done that same day. Dr. Narita did great and I would highly recommend this dental office!!! Office was very clean!!!

Rave!! Rave!! Rave!! After my third visit I decided to write a review. I can't find one thing I could say wrong about this place, from the check in desk to the check out, these girls were amazing!! Stephanie at front desk was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had before even checking me in. Heidi was the assistant assigned to me (I think) was as nice as could be she could tell I was nervous and helped put me at ease. Dr. Narita was gentle and reassured me during the whole process (many times). Have I mentioned I dislike visiting the dentist? At check out was Sandy, one of the nicest girls I've met, I actually left the office with a smile, never thought that could happen. My last visit was a cleaning I met Julie the hygienist and assistant Delaila, two very sweet nice girls. This will be my primary dentist from now on. I high recommend them!!

Had my deep cleaning and fillings done at the same day!! the hygienist (Julie) took her time explained oral hygiene and did an excellent deep cleaning! Excellent staff!!!

I stress when having to go to dental appointments and after experiencing pain I had to go in. Dr. Narita took great care of my needs AND the staff (Heidi) helped me relax and get the treatment I needed.

My daughter really enjoys her visits to Koolsmiles, she enjoys playing in the play area and as a parent I like the doctors patience with her. I like that I'm allowed in the back with my daughter.

Walked into Koolsmiles without having an appointment and they were able to see my 4 yr old son right away. My insurance was verified quickly. Great experience!!!

my girls were very scared Dr Narita was very nice and friendly my children felt secured staff made it a friendly environment we are looking forward for the next visit.

My husband and myself go to Koolsmiles of Midland and Dr Narita and staff are very caring and take care of my dental needs. Delaila the assistant is especially caring when I'm in the office. Would highly recommend!

We waited 2 hours to get called back and then another hour once getting called back, for a cleaning!!

Been coming here for while!love dr.nereida!she's done work on my daughter and me(mom)as well!!would highly recommend!also they are always willing to work you in ASAP!

I'm always allow to be right next to my kids at all times. They are super patient with my kids and they are very flexible with the appointments.

Heidi was an amazing dental assistant today! She is very friendly and calming when my son got scared. Great place to take your kids. Excellent staff

Very friendly staff. Didn't have a long wait either visit. Had a very difficult extraction and everyone made me feel comfortable & cared for.

This time I had Dr. Narita work on my granddaughters. The four year old sat through three crowns and two fillings. The Doc talked to her about waterfalls, and angelwings... The two year old also sat through teeth cleaning. Very good with children! My whole family gets their dentistry here. Good prices, cash prices if needed, take all insurances. Great services . I had my wisdom tooth taken out with dr Fenn and this we the fastest easiest tooth extraction . They have got a lot better with their appointments . I used to go and wait for hours . But not anymore . Now as soon as you get there they let you in and work right away .

Dr Narita is really good and the staff is very frindly . I recommend them definitely with no doubt
