All Star Moving

When we asked if they used bubble wrap on furniture, we were happy to hear they did & they also used moving blankets!!! But, they didn't tell us the moving blankets had black thick grease on them, which got on our white chairs! The owner told us, he would the grease steam cleaned off, but hasn't shown up or returned any of the many many phone messages we've left him. Do you think we will use them again?
