I told them exactly what vechicle I needed brakepads for(gave year,make,model). They gave me incorrect ones, then when I went to return them for the correct ones they had the nerve to charge me the extra $1 the ones I originally asked for costed. They looked up wiper blade sizes for me and told me the wrong sizes. Also purchased a 1 outlet to 2 outlet power adaptor that had obviously been returned ounce already (opened and taped back up) because it was the only one left, which turned out to be defective. Bad experience, I will never go to this Autozone again. I will be giving O Reilly's up on Oklahoma my business from now on.

They are not afraid to ask their co-workers if they are not sure of something.
