        No star

        Worst management ever. From the manager of the Hawley Rd club(Cassandra) to her supervisor (Joe Campion). Very poor customer relations. I was spoken to in a valley girl tone, which I found very offensive. I only gave you one star so I could submit this. I am now enjoying my work outs at the Golds gym.
