        Like No Others

        I like to think that the therapists at Body Mechanics are very personable and knowledgable. Their extensive use of hands on therapy and not just ultrasound and exercises to rehab is refreshing and very effective. Way to go Body Mechanics!

        One to one personal attention for my physical therapy & introduction to personal training/massage

        I received quite a variety of services at Body Mechanics starting with physical therapy which lead to introduction to their yoga program and personal training. Massage therapy is without a doubt, the best, and now a regular part of my healthcare. In physical therapy I not only received personal attention, but more manual therapy than other facilities providing just take home exercises for me. I was pleased with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Thank you Body Mechanics!
