The food is very decent and the nursing is really good. They let you smoke out front which is nice. I still live here and im happy I chose this place

Best nursing home ive ever been in. they got me walking and stronger and got me home. the food was very good and they have nice tvs also. my friend went there after and liked it a lot also.

When I came in i was unable to walk. Thabks tonthe great staff I am able to walk with a cane and I am working on walking with walking mire and more without my cane. The staff are very professional and physical therapy is great.

Great new ownership and caring staff. Many impressive positive changes happening here. They really care about the residents and provide a lot of fun activities. Outstanding therapy programs as well.

Great staff, has improved greatly over the last 6 months! For those with previous experience, the new management is working hard to improve the facility.

Horrible, horrible place!! My grandfather is at this "facility" as we speak but will be gone tomorrow. They lost his dentures and then found them 2 weeks later on a different floor! They lost his diabetic shoe that costs over $200 a pair, and they also lost all of his clothing that my family brought up there for him. They gave his pants and shirts to other residents in there to wear. The paint is peeling off the walls in his room, and another resident at this place told my family that because he has dementia the nurses just set him in his wheelchair where ever and leave him there. They put a diaper on him (he can go to the bathroom fine so it's pure laziness they do this) and then don't change him or wipe him so he has a bad rash and is so sore and raw around his private areas. When you talk to the head nurse and the management there, they apologize but yet do nothing s out it..and they all lie. It is now 7pm and my grandfather is already in bed. If u love someone don't put them here!!

I hate this place all i want to do is go home. its little a jungle up in here. the aides are loud and just hand around the nurses station like they at a club or social event. You bring these issues to upper management and all they do is make excuses to cover there like of managment skills there is no order the patients just roam around all night in and out to smoke whenever they want. there is no security anybody can just wander in when ever they feel like it. they don't address issues that need immediate reponses. I been here five months there is three to a room,no phones available in the rooms . it smells like the living dead. the food is always over cooked. I wouldn't admit an animal here I want to go home.

Nurses stealing mess from patient. Dr Not believing! Smell of BM throughout the floor. Called State.. they WERE written up by the State.

I was admitted there thru Froedert Hospital via ambulance to this facility which stuck so bad that I almost threw up. I was admitted to 3rd floor who did not admit me till the next day with a Michelle RN being 3rd floor Nurse manager who took one of my laptops to keep in her office, I show speak therapist x2 and PT x1 and a Wound MD with Michelle who did my body examine and were very nice. From there I don't remember except awakening up at Froedtert with Hallucinations, delusions and paranoia. When I finally regain my full brain functions and it was 10/20- Mon as I had been sent back on 10/17. Crossroads has and still is holding all of my belongings. This is a HORRIBLE FACILITY AND I WOULDN'T SEND MY DOG THERE!!!!!!!!!!!
