Horrible cuatomer service... A guard by the name of Hawthorne abuses his power as an armed guard... He follows customers verbally abusing them. He followed me home one day after I pulled over to make a phone call in the Silver Mill Plaza while my vehicle was still running... He followed me running red lights and all to Center while my son was in the car when I pulled over he continuously harassed me verbally... I left a message with the company and no one has yet to respond to me.. That shop center is not safe with him and his nonsense..
