Ebenezer Child Care Centers

Horrible day care. My son is going to this day care and there were 3 incidents that startled me:

1. Once he was bleeding when I went to pick him up and the teachers did not have a clue. When I told them then they cleaned it and nursed him

2. Few weeks later, one kid scratched my son on the face pretty badly. There were scratches on both sides of my son's face and the teachers did not know how it happened. When I talked to them they filled an incident report and in it the corrective action plan was "talk to the children not to scratch friends"

3. Few more weeks later, same thing. Scrathes on my son's face and it was severe this time. And the result - same incident report same comments.

The staff are nice and friendly people but as a day care unit, horrible. It looks like they do not know how to control kids. I would not recommend this to anybody.

I son was in this daycare at my old school. It was horrible. I hated it. My son was neglect and was not giving the care he should got. thye didnt hold him when giving his bottle.

My children have been going to Ebenezer for awhile now. My daughter went for three years until she started school and also attending on off school days, and my son has been here from infant until present. The care my children received and continues to receive is exceptional. The teachers are great and I wouldn't think of taking them any place else!

Ebenezer Child Care Center is great! They are one of the longest operating child care centers in Milwaukee. They also have staff that have been working with them for a very long time. When I first saw the center and saw how well the teachers work with the children I knew I could trust them with both of my children. They provide a safe environment and they actually teach my children age appropriate things for their age group. Kudos to Ebenezer!!
