        They don't stand behind what they sell!

        Find another fireplace store! We purchased 2 gas logs from them 14 months ago. We had both of our fireplaces converted to gas logs. This cost clost to $1800 for the logs and installation. 3 weeks after the logs were installed the main shut off valve broke. They came out and repaired it under warranty. 5 months after this repair this same valve broke again. Again they fixed it under warranty. Now we are at 14 months from original purchase and this same valve broke again. Now they will not fix it under warranty, they want $135 to fix it. This valve has now broke 3 times in under 15 months. This fireplace has only been used 10 times in that time period. I told them if they fixed it right the first time it would not keep breaking. Find another fireplace store, I wish I would have.

        Dear Wisbadgerfan. I don't know your particular situation but something else may be going on with the fireplace in order to go thru that many valves in a short time. We install hundreds of those valves a year with no problems. Please contact me directly and we can figure something out. Thank You. Mark B (president)
