Jiffy Sewing Service

I was having a issue with the thread on my sewing machine it was always breaking and the material would bunch up, jiffy fixed the problem and more. I was pleased with how nice I was treated, and how soon I got my machine back, I would use them again and tell others how great the service was. The cost was also very fair .

I had a Singer 66 repaired by Jiffy. They had the machine over a month and charged me $240. When it was returned the neutral gear still didn't work and the tire for the bobbin winder was missing so it was unusable. When I called to say I had a couple issues I was told they were going on vacation and I could call back in a week and hung up on. They didn't listen to the problem or try to schedule an appointment the way you'd expect good customer service to do. When I called back immediately they didn't answer. I left a message and they never returned my call.
