Lakeside Buses of Wisconsin

Horrible customer service with the woman phone operator. Not to mention the phone line is constantly busy. This company takes no responsibility for not picking up your child, missing you stop, running late, but then come early they don't wait until pick up time given on post card and leave after 1 minute. Also, has been thru 4 different bus drivers in a week. What does this say about the company? Last year went thru 5 different drivers thru out the year. Doesn't seem the bus drivers are the problem here. I would suggest on teaching your phone operators professionalism and customer service.
