Myle Nail Salon

This was by far the worst experience I've had in a nail salon in a very long time. The worst set of unprofessional, inexperience, unlicensed so called nail techs I ever meet! The guy with the blond hair out to little nails on my fingers there for they lefted in my real nail was not attached to the fake nail leaving air pockets for dirt to fill in be impossible to get out! I never ever had a set of nails that burned so bad! The shapes was all uneven acrylic under the nails got a Attitude when I ask him to remove the underlaping acrylic from beneath my nail! The polish was so bad I removed it myself ! Ive also removed the tips of four fingers on my right hand because when I took the polish off it was visible red polish stuck in-between my real nail in the fake nail! The older lady that did my pedicure hands was very shaky! She only do pedicures and manicures she got most of the dead skin off but the massage part was awful she watched tv as she lightly rubbed my legs up in down 3 or 4 times I was so ready for it so be over the polish started chipping the next day when I took a shower! Another so called nail tech just stared at me the whole time while she was doing a pedicure sitting next to the lady doing my pedicure every time I say something to her she nod her head like she couldn't talk but then I would here her talk English in crack jokes with her so called regular clients ! Every one was lined up to see the lady that sit in the first booth to the right she looked exhausted! need more to say this was just a awful experience!

This was THE WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon! Anna did not give me what I asked for, and when I asked for her to fix it she declined. And then when I asked if I could receive my money back she refused and was very rude about it. I asked for the owners name and she refused to give me that information. And when I asked the other employees to give me the name of the owner she told everyone to NOT speak to me. She also told me that I couldn't speak to other people in the salon about the service I just received. I felt like it was very unprofessional and she was wrong for not fixing her mistake. Will NOT be coming back, and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
