Short and sweet, good place.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was very helpfull in showing us all the fetures of the car. Staff was polite and freindly.Dealership was clean and looked great! It was a comfortalbe atmosphere no pushy sales approach. I told Kevin what my offer was and he gave me theirs then we meet in between! Very fast sell.Picked up car the next day and Kevin took 2 hours in show us all the bells and whistles program are cell phones to the bluetooth device and program the personal settings for both of us. The owner came and thank us as did the manager. I would go back in a heart beat to do business with rosen again.

You guys did everything I asked for and then went over and above. I never expected to get such a good rate on my loan and your finance guy is tops.

This was the first time we had any experience with Rosen Kia of Milwaukee. We just drove into the lot to look at the Sportage, or Surano, but the Soul caught are eyes. There were no salesperson pressuring us, we had to go inside. After we were greeted by are salesperson, it was all over. We loved every thing about Rosen,they were great. We never thought we would walk out with are second car. It was great, keep up the great work !!!!!!

I called the credit number in an auto magazine which referred me to Beni. While I was talking to him I got a good feeling about him. He was honest, professional - yet personable. I felt that it was easy to talk to him and he took his time and wasn't rushed. He got us into a good vehicle and we are very happy. More people should be like Beni.

We purchased a truck and traded in a vehicle. We appreciated the way the owner participated in the deal in person instead of just the salesman having to go back and forth to some annonymous manager. We felt that the agreed upon deal was fair. We also purchased a body protection plan which was completed a few days later and looks great.

I came in for a car wash and got my 6k miles oil change and tire rotation done without an appointment. The most admirable thing was sales rep took me in 20 mins before closing, not sure if any other service center would have treated me this well!! I'll stop by again for servicing...
