        My hair fell out w/in 10 minutes of leaving and it did not look like the style I requested.

        They tried to charge me extra money for a hair style because it took longer than what it usually does. The reason it took longer is because they did not even know how to do the hair style. When I left the style that she had me leave with looked nothing like the picture and fell out within 10 minutes of leaving when I went over a bump in the road. The owner promised to call me back to resolve the situation and I have never heard from her. Not a professional way to run your business.
