Schultheiss Contractors

I had a similar situation to the person who provided the other review here! I was never told I would be dealing with sub-contractors. The contractor, Curt Schultheiss, never visited the job site (my home) until the end of the project. A couple of times during the project, I contacted him by phone with a few simple questions, and he responded to me in a pretty angry tone! I just couldn't believe it. I'm never using his services again, and I encourage people to avoid using his firm for anything.

Subcontracted work without informing us in advance. Subcontractors did great work, but contractor was never on site. Most communication was through the subcontractor until the end. When we did communicate, the contractor was rude and confrontrational. Contractor came on site for the final walk through, then blamed all of the oversight problems on the sub. We wouldn't work with this firm again.
