        I worked in the banking field for over 17 years and I have never seen a more incompetent location or group of staff. Be very careful when banking at this location, things tend not to get done when they should. Called on a Sunday and closed a debit card due to unauthorized use. Tuesday an unauthorized transaction was allowed to go through account on a closed debit card. When Tri City National Bank was called they gave every excuse in the book, except that they allowed an unauthorized transaction to come through on a closed card. So now I'm left dealing with a mess. Incompetent staff! Maybe they should worry more about doing their jobs then going to smoke a cigarette!
