Umansky Motor Cars

We are on our 3rd Mercedes over the last 3 years from this dealer. My wife has owned 2 GLK's and loved both of them. I recently got a CLA and can't begin to say how much I have enjoyed it. Josette Ott was our sales person on all 3 cars. She knows all of the details on every vehicle we looked at and was not high pressure to make the sale. In my 30 plus years of buying new cars, Josette has been the most honest, upfront and trustworthy sales person I have ever dealt with. When we get our next 2 Mercedes, we will be going back to this dealer and to Josette for sure. Todd in the Service Department was also great on a couple of small issues.

I had a great experience at Umanski Motor Cars. I was turning in a VW bug purchased at this dealership under former owners and was happy to be able to return there to buy my next car. The salesman, Mike, went above and beyond and made sure I got the best deal out there. I look forward to doing futur business with them!

I have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership with great sales and service every time. I have never been treated that way by a sales manager or service professional (we have owned 14 or 15 new cars and several used cars). Mr. Lee even gave me his cell phone number if I ever needed anything!!! I have never seen anything like this. And it all started a few years ago with Josette Ott who sold us our first car and then the next 2. Josette was actually the one who introduced me to Young Lee when he first started there and he remembered me when I talked to him on the phone. Josette also introduced me to all of the service people (including Todd) when we bought our first car. The customer service at this dealership is above and beyond any company (auto and non-auto) that I have ever dealt with. I am a customer for life.

I was not even a little in the market for a new car when a catastrophic engine failure forced me into Umansky"s service department. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue bewildered even them. After several difficult conversations, they resolved the situation with grace, caring, sincerity and generosity. I cannot say enough good about them. They truly made the best of an unfortunate situation. Having been long term customers of Concourse, my husband and I are extremely impressed with the new Umansky Motor Cars.

Wow! This dealership rocks! We just bought our first car from them and loved the service. The finance department got me an amazing rate and was very easy to work with. Being a first time car buyer the process was very easy at Concours compared to other VW dealerships I visited. I wasn't judged for my budget, age, etc. Great job! We will be back in the future!

My experience at Umansky was satisfactory from beginning to end. Eliud, who assisted me with my purchase, was friendly, personable, and overall a pleasure to do business with. I did not feel pressured to purchase, especially right away, which is an issue at other dealers. I was also impressed with the dealers flexibility as a whole throughout the purchase process. My every need was was met from beginning to end. Mario, the finance manager, was very informative and easy to work with. He's also a huge car enthusiast himself which made for great conversation. I felt that the employees here truly care about the cars and their owners, not the sales. Normally I replace the dealer license plate frames, but I have no shame in seeing the Umansky logo adorned on the back of my car. They also did not stick their logo to the back with vinyl, which is nice. Would highly recommend purchasing from this dealer if anything on their lot interests you.

The car salesman (with his obvious wealth of knowledge and experience) always makes recommendations that are key to my comfort and enjoyment of the vehicle in view.Tom Scott,not only assist my choice in selection of transportation that is appropriate for my life style .. I can be assured that he uses the highest degree of integrity,dignity and honor when it comes to his preparations and dealings with me and all of his clients. Truly a blessing to my life!

I didn't want to get a new car but unfortunately my car was totaled. I had no idea of what car I wanted. Purchasing a car is a big deal for me. With that being said I needed to take my time and really think about what I wanted. After test driving a few I made a decision on one, however I still wanted to sleep on it. Eliud focused on serving me. He was knowledgable about the vehicles and answered any questions or concerns I had. I am happy with the final decision I made. I thank Eliud for being patient and helping me with this major decision.

I needed some help with my VW Tiguan. Eliud Mendez and the service manager went the extra mile to help me in getting things fixed. We were able to discuss options over the phone and come up with solution. Timely and done right.
