        The Department of Housing and Urban Development, also knonw as HUD, founded in 1965, is a cabinet-level agency. It offers a range of housing solutions and services that includes the buying, selling and renting of residential properties. The agency works for creating affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families that have a low-income. It also provides various care and support services to homeless individuals, senior citizens and people suffering with disabilities and AIDS. The agency promotes economic and community development, as well as operates a law enforcement center. HUD additionally offers several home buying programs. In addition, it offers grants for a variety of housing projects through the Office of Departmental Grants Management and Oversight.

        Overall
        Not up to HUD standards but funded by HUD

        3128 w Wisconsin apt,403 milwaukee wi 53208 is infested with bed bugs & carpet bettles, my new furniture is ruined , I've been bitten all over my body & the Salvation Army enrolled myself & others into these programs (Roots & Winter Star ) having knowledge of this property not being @ HUD standard & now I have to take the Salvation Army & Ogden Flanklin Arms properties to court.
