Wisconsin Muffler

First off Steve and Jarod are absolutely awesome. I recently bought a car here and they did everything possible to help me out and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Anytime I brought it there even if they were booked they still managed to get my car in and get it done in a timely manor. everyone there is really nice and ive never gotten any attitude. Even when I sit there waiting for my car I've watched customers come there and be difficult and they delt with them really good. this is the place I will always take my car to, its not very close to my house but its worth the drive.

NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I have a 2004 Buick Rendezvous. It needed a exhaust converter. They put the wrong one on may car, which made the medal heat, bend, and hit my drive shaft. I took it back and they tried to tell me that my car is leaking fuel and I need more work done. I told them they were wrong. To make matters worst Steve the Asst. manager then calls my husband at work to tell him what he thinks the problems is. I was pissed. He didn't need to talk to my husband. I then told Steve I would take my car to CarX on Moorland and National. They fixed my car in 2 hours (waiting on the part to come) I took the wrong converter back to WI Muffler. and told them this one only collects 3 different gases and my car gives out 7. He then says "I told you your car had a fuel leak." I said "No like in carbon gases you moron" Please don't take your car here. They are a bunch of scam artist trying to get more money.
