        Flat rate is a joke. They need to honor their flat rates or give an estimate at the time of drop off instead of next day surprise. Owner Craig is disrespectful and unprofessional. Equipment was broken during detail. Received total attitude about from owner vs. apology/compensation . He will minimize you as a customer. Save your time, money and self respect.
