Moore Medical Ctr Physical

The low rating is simply because my daughter was in severe pain. Trying to find the entry to the ER was a Joke! No real CLEAR MARKINGS OF EMERGENCY SIGNS. We walked around and found the entry to the ambulance area. Walked the first sliding door however, the second door was locked. Inside was this man, and a couple of other staff employees. He looks at us and he motioned with his arm like walk around! It sure would have been real professional of him to let my daughter in. We were greeted by a customer as we were looking lost. He showed us where to go.

Horrible! I have been to this emergency room three times and every single time has been the same. Rude attitudes, been wrongly diagnosed all three times. Once for myself and two times for my 1 year old daughter both severe situations. Honestly will now go out of my way to another hospital/er from now on!
