Some of you guys don't have a clue, as a service tech and deal with Chuck all the time, he is a smart person. Set in his ways. If you don't have M/N he cant help you. There is lot parts out there. If I go to some ones house and they don't have m/n on there appliance they are out of luck. So If you have your ducks in a row Chuck can help you out.
Call the man several times and did not answer. He pretty much told me I was stupid when I got a hold of him, because I did not know where the model number was on the stove. He did give me enough time to try to burn me for some stove knobs-- one knob= $19.00. so that's the story, if you feel like getting disrespected please call this store owner .
