        I moved a single apartment of stuff from nyc to west palm beach florida. i was quoted for 5' feet of stuff. when they packed up all my stuff they changed and said i took up 7' of stuff which raised my price by $600 dollars. then when i got to florida my stuff was at a terminal. their brilliant idea was to drive a huge tractor trailer and drop it off in front of my apartment and pick it up at a later date. my apartment building does not have space to accommodate(and they did not check for me). so they essentially drove my stuff there in a huge truck and waited for me to receive it. i was there to receive it but my movers were not there to unload it. I asked the truck driver to wait until my movers came(they were 30 minutes away). i spoke with the manager(Jim in Riviera Beach Florida). I asked him to let the truck driver stay so my movers can unload my stuff. he absolutely refused and did not offer me any solutions to my problems. completely tone deaf and could not have cared less about where i was sleeping that night or anything. I would not recommend upack/ABF. they could honestly care less about you or your stuff
