        Overall

        DO NOT call this company for any repair work. The service repair guy "Todd" stated I needed a part on for my appliance that needed to be ordered. Insisted for a deposit of $150. After days/weeks of calling THEM to inquire about the part and when he would be back to install, I got excuses after excuses then finally he told me he couldn't get the part. So when I requested my money back, he got attitude and told me I had to prove I paid him. Even when calling the company, the receptionist puts you on hold and never comes back to the line or hangs up on you completely!!!...Very Un-professional and not to be trusted!!!!.....In my opinion and experience DO NOT USE THEM!!!
