Affordable Appliance Repair

I had a broken washing machine. He nicely agreed to stop on his way home tonight to check it between 6 and 7. I waited. He did not show. I called the washing machine manufacturer who gave me his name and they called him after 8 pm. He told them to have us call him during business hours tomorrow. He then called me 5 minutes later verifying my address and asked why I had called LG because he does not work for them. I explained he had said he would be there by 7. He raised his voice and said he told me it would be 8 pm then said ?do you want me to come to your house or not?? Very rude which is disappointing considering he was nice enough to offer to come tonight to help us out.
