For being in business for 20 yrs, these people have lousy customer service. We moved here a little over 2 months ago. The house we bought had a refrigerator in it; however, ice maker did not work so we called these people mainly due to seeing the Christian symbol in their ad. Pretty quick response to tell us we needed a $230 part to fix the ice maker. They ordered it and came out the next wk to install; they installed it; next day: no ice; called them; they returned call and told us on the phone how to fix it; we followed phone instructions; still didn’t work and we had a pool of water in our kitchen; weekend came and went; no call from them to see if it was ok or what. We called 3 x for help; they wouldn’t fix what we paid for. We finally gave up and bought another refrigerator. We called them and mailed them a letter to give them a chance to “do the right thing by making some kind of adjustment on the service” since they did not fulfill their end of the contract. They have not responded! We can only surmise their whole Christian image is a sham and it makes them a poor business with lousy customer service.
