AMAzing TOWING EXPERIENCE!



I had the unfortunate event of driving my car over a curb which had about a 2ft drop on the other side. My car was hanging off the curb with the front wheels down and the back wheels 6'' off the ground. The weather at the time horrible; it was raining at a steady pace and it was 4:30 in the morning.



After being turned down by 3 other tow services AMA said they could help. They got a driver out to me pretty quick. He was friendly and courteous. Through some quick ingenuity he was able to get my car back on all four wheels. No visible damage occurred to my car. Another tow company could have easily come out, but they might have caused further damage due to the unique position that it was in.



(I have read some reviews that complain about the service and pricing. I can personally say that I did not have that same experience. The driver was friendly and talkative, even at 4:30 in the rainy morning. My total came to $75.00 and they accept card or cash.)

Worst company EVER!!!!!!!!! This company is the worst company I have EVER done business with! I have had my vehicle towed by another company before who were very professional. I'm really upset that I have to give this awful company even 1 star because they are far worse than that. Extremely unprofessional employees. I hope this company goes out of business and burns.

AMA took my son's car from his apartment complex claiming he did not live there on Labor Day weekend. At 3am we were led out to their complex in a completely isolated area. We brought proof of my son's address. Owner said he would reimburse when he confirmed with apt. mgr. He confirmed and refused to reimburse for his driver's mistake. Driver mentioned they looked for people that maybe were drinking in Northgate area and were not aware of where they should park. He flat out lied about reimbursing us. This was also a move in college weekend . These people are feeding on parents that bring their children to College station. Extremely dishonest
