Crooked company, do not do business with them!!!! We are stuck in the sand, I called them to come get us out, explained the full situation 3/4 ton Dodge with a full over head camper stuck in deep loose sand and they send a jeep Cherokee. I even double checked with the lady up front, are you sure you can get us out with a jeep Cherokee? Yes ma'am she said. So 2 1/2 hours after I call, they show up and as expected, they can't pull us out. Marshall, the guy driving the jeep Cherokee says my office will refund you a half hour of labor so we are only going to charge you $185.00 for nothing. Marshall also told us that the wrecker won't start (the truck that will pull us out) come to find out that was a lie, the owner said it will start but we don't want to send it out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Call Ramsey Towing, They have AMAZING customer service there hourly rate is a little higher but it will end up costing you less money if you call them first. (760) 922-4161.

Have had tow service and car repair done here and both were without fail great experiences. Tow arrived on time and was very helpful with my situation. Mechanics were great, gave a very reasonable quote, got the work done on time and stayed within budget.
