I would never do business with this company again and would tell all of my friends not to give them any business. The office staff--when you can reach them--is rude and do not return phone calls. When the workers came to do the job, they did not complete the job and had to come back to do that--but they wanted to receive payment before the job was done. Then, they did not remove as much of the tree stump as stated on their contract. Rather than 6" down, they took it down to MAYBE 3" below ground level. I had to hire someone else to remove the stump so that I could plant a tree in the same place. The owner, Chris, is also rude. Let's just say he and his entire staff need lessons in customer service.

Completely unprofessional. Overbooked me and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. Kept telling that the crew was on it's way and then they don't show up. Finally told them to cancel the job and the owner Chris calls me. He was apologetic but started feeding me a bunch of lies about why they didn't show up and when I called him on it we basically end up fussing at each other on the phone until I say I am done with his company and he hangs up on me. I can't believe all these other reviews are so positive. Makes me think they are phony.

They took down serveral large branches that were dead and stacked the cut up peices nicely for fire wood. They used to blower to clean up the mess. Our yard looks great. Good pricng as well. I'd definitley recommend this tree service!

This company did an awesome job of removing a large tree that went down in your yard. They hauled it all out and the yard looks awesome! They also trimmed back some of our other trees and took care of a few large branches that could be problematic in the future. They are definitely a knowledgeable, hardworking experienced crew at an affordable price!

We had two sizeable trees removed from our yard in Towson. They answered our call promptly and were professional throughout the entire engagement. They showed prove of insurance, which I insisted of any company I hired. They left our yard looking great and their pricing was competitive. I will use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a safe tree service company.

We have a lot of trees and our yard was trashed after a big storm. They did an awesome job of cleaning up our yard and taking down a large dying tree that's been worrying me. They also did some work for our neighbors and they were happy as well. They do an exceptional job!

These guys did a great job on our yard. We had them take down a large tree and trim back several others. We also had them remove a couple large stumps. It was a lot of work, but they managed to get it all down quickly, and the yard looked awesome when they were through. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves and the price was well worth it.

C2 Tree Service is by far the best tree company we have ever used. I was very satisified at the work they did and it turned out better than I had expected. They seem to be a great team of men and they definitely work hard. Great job c2 I will continue to let everyone know who to call.

We responded to a Baltimore Craig's list ad for "oak firewood," priced at $155/cord. We had 3 cords delivered on 28 February. I began stacking the next day, and observed that only 1/2 of the delivery was turning out to be oak. About 1/3 of the load was light wight wood (probably poplar), and the rest was a mixture of assorted hardwood (choke cherry, walnut, ...). I called the company to lodge my complaint, and they agreed to deliver me two cords of oak. The agreement was for one cord free to compensate for the soft wood that was delivered on the first load, and one cord at regular price to help make the delivery worthwhile. That delivery never came, and the company quit returning my calls.



The wood was also advertised as ready to burn, but most of my delivery was "green." This wasn't an issue for me, because I was stacking the wood for the next season, but it could be an issue for the next buyer
