Carefree Pool Service

After getting a quote from 3 other pool companies to resurface my pool and to find out what was causing it to leak. They wanted over $3000 and they could not find any leak. So I called Mr. Medlin. Within 20 minutes he was at my house. He found out that I was losing a lot of water from a gauge. His professionalism and manners we excellent. He even offered to clean my pool free of charge for the hassle I went through with the other companies. I would Highly recommend Carefree Pool Service to anyone!

ALTHOUGH MR.MEDLIN HAD A VAST KNOWLEDGE OF HIS SERVICE TO SPAS AND THEIR MAINTENANCE,HIS PROFESSIONALISM IN THE WORLD OF BUSINESS CERTAINLY WAS LACKING.A JOB TO START UP A SPA BEGINNING IN MAY TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE...AND IT WAS STILL NOT FUNCTIONING UPON MY TERMINATION OF HIS SERVICES,THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST.HE FAILED TO KEEP SEVERAL "SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS" ON MORE THAN 6 OCCASIONS.I FOUND MYSELF CONSTANTLY "TRACKING HIM DOWN" TO COMPLETE HIS COMMITED OBLIGATION.I SPENT OVER $600.00 DOLLARS FOR PARTS NEEDED,HIS LABOR FEES WERE PAID IN FULL AND TO DATE,MY SPA IS STILL NOT FUNCTIONING.THE LAST STRAW FOR ME,WAS ON HIS LAST VISIT,HE LEFT MY PATIO FILTHY DIRY WITH BAGS OF COMPRESSED FOAM ALL OVER,HE LEFT THAT DAY WITH A "PROMISE" TO RETURN TO COMPLETE THE JOB HE STARTED AND NEVER RETURNED,WHEN CALLED I HAVE BEEN SHOT TO HIS "VOICE MAIL" ON HIS PHONE.I WOULD NOT REFER OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE,AND THE BBB WILL ALSO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESSES UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

Excellent Service! Mr. Medlin really knows what he is talking about when it comes to pools. When I called around for rates to do some service on my pool, he was more than happy to go over all the details. His rates are the cheapest I have found since owning my pool!
