DML Construction & Remodeling

I recently used DML for a new roof and I am now using them again on another roof and siding job. The owner matched my lowest bid on the roof and beat my lowest bid on the current roof and siding job I am having done. I found him easy to work with and he does what he says he will do for a price that is cheap with quality workmanship. I am pretty handy with tools and have done a lot of construction work in the past, so I know if I am getting a quality job or not. I honestly believe he could charge more for what he does. I have recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so. My guess is that the one star reviewing has a bad landlord and DML is not to blame.

please dont torture yourselves by hiring these goof offs they said my kitchen would take 1 week on may 23rd its now july 20th my home is riddled with holey floors and mold that they refuse to even acknowledge let alone fix they randomly disappear for hours at a time on a mysterious trip to lowes as if they didnt know they would need drywall to fix the drywall they are incompetent and lazy if they show up to work its only for a few hours and then they leave saying the will be back the next day and dont show up for a week they leave their stuff in your garage and then call during your daughter first bday party to demand acess to their belonging when they were refused the owner threw a hissy fit like a 2 yr old and hung up on my husband that was saturday... theyve not shown up since they are however consistent about 2 things... being late and and leaving early... i guess i should be thankful that at least my fridge still works seeing as i havent had a dishwasher or a sink for 5 days... theyll leave wood just suntanning on your front and back lawn... they appear to spend more time pondering their excuse as to why they wont be showing up with no notice the next day as they do working in a week... save your time and money hold these people accountable for their shoddy practices and please save yourselves from the headaches you will have if you hire these self titled "contractors"
