Fiber-Brite Carpet Care

I am going to say on my experience the previous review was probably written by this company and not a true customer. Highly recommend NOT using this company's service. They bill came in at 3x their competitor's estimates with half the work done. I really do not have a problem with the work done but I do have a problem with the final bill received. Competing companies estimates were between $3,500 and $5,000 for the more work and this company gave me a bill when done of $11k+. They promised flood restoration after the August 2014 floods. Claims they "sprayed floor with mold inhibitor" which was just one gallon of water and a cup of bleach.
