Hart to Hart Moving Co

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company!!! Some clients of mine hired this company and this is what happened!! Not only did they show up 2 hours late, but they damaged two houses (ruined hardwood floors at the furniture pickup location and destroyed textured walls at the drop-off location) during the move and STOLE VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS while the two Hart to Hart workers were at the first location. To make it even worse, the owner of the company will not even address the situation. He won't even give a call back. Called everyday for a week since this occurred with no response at all. Even went by the location of business and the doors were locked with no answer to knocking. His secretary finally said to just call the police...basically the owner could careless. The secretary did not even seem surprised.

I hired Hart to Hart last mo to move me. They worked very slow they charge 75$ an hour. They broke my tv hutch dropped it. Broke all the glass in my China hutch. They they stole my camera, rare silver coin collection, monogrammed gold flatware set serving 50 piece set as well as my gold serving pieces and lastly my cheap box fan .I filed police report. I was informed my tv hutch would not be replaced even though they admitted dropping and breaking it. I do not recommend them.
