Kitch Towing and Recovery

My insurance co American Family contact them for service, They came and got the car. their driver got the key stock in the ignition and they told me they are not responsible for it. Now I have to pay 1,600.00 for a repair that was not even the reason I send the car to the shop. Two different person give me 3 different version of why is not their fault, but of course non are valid. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!

I scheduled a 12:30 tow with this Company to tow a car from my home. After they did not show up I called back and they had taken another job and it would be 60-90 minutes wait so I cancelled. Just wasted my lunch hour, an hour on the phone and gas to and from home for nothing. They never notified me there were not coming. I asked my Allstate road side assistance group to flag my account to never use Kitch towing again.

This company towed my car to a dealership for repairs, dropped it off, left the keys in it & did not even tell the service manager that my car was there. The service manager found my car in the back of the business with keys in it & didn't know anything about it until I called there.

Avoid this tow company!-The owner is extremely rude horrible experience! I would pay more money and use a different company!

I've had to have my car towed to a repair shop and to the dealer by this group and they're great!

In my opinion AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS! Absolute worst towing experience in my life!
