MD Appliance is the local factory authorized technicians for LG refrigerators under warranty. I had an appointment with them to fix my refrigerator yesterday, between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. The tech called me at 8:00 pm to tell me he would not be coming. He asked to reschedule for first thing this morning. We made a new appointment for 8:30 am today. He did not show by 9:30 am, so I called MD. They said they could not reach the tech and said they would call me when they did. The tech finally called me at 10:51, saying he woke up sick but was still coming because MD doesn't pay sick days. He offered no apology for the missed appointments which was the last straw. I called MD and told them I had no confidence in this guy and I did not want a sick tech working on my refrigerator. About 15 minutes later the dumas showed up at my door. Awkward and unprofessional. I now have an appointment tomorrow with a different guy. Hopefully they will get it right tomorrow. I tried to leave no stars but Dex required at least one.

Don't waste your time with this company!! They are just the cheap guys tied in with extended warranty companies. If you have any option on what company to use I recommend you use anyone but these guys! I have an extended warranty, and plan to just pay someone else instead of dealing with these clowns! The office lady/manager is very rude, and clueless! Do yourself a favor, and call someone else! Goldman Appliance is a very good company, and I'm sure there are others!

I would like to extend a tremendous "thank you" to MD Appliance for conducting themselves in a professional manner in repairing my dryer. Having a working dryer in a home with two school age children is extremely important. When the dryer went on a fritz, I contacted MD Appliance with my concerns. When Michael entered my home, he was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly. Unfortunately, he did not have the specific part to fix my dryer on the spot. He was able to order the part needed to fix my dryer and promptly came out when the part was delivered. Again, when he came in he was very professional and efficient. Having worked in the service industry, I realize the importance of fast and friendly service. Michael exemplified true professionalism. While here to repair my dryer, I asked him to look at my washer, he did so without an extra charge. He also replaced mt dryer coil at no extra charge. Although these may seem to be minor, for a family of four it really meant a lot to have someone go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He was also able to diagnose the problem with my washer and gave advice to how to resolve the issue myself. However, if needed they (MD Appliance) would be more than happy to fix it if needed. I would definitely recommend this company and technician to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again MD Appliance and specifically Michael!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM.

I scheduled an appointment with them for 1:30 on 2/21/2012 to repair my dryer. When they didn't show by 3:30, I called in to see if they were still coming. Was rudely told they were busy , but would be out by 6:00 and they would call first. Never showed up, no calls, no nothing. Save your valuable time and call another company, seems these folks don't need your business. Call a professional company, and don't waste your "valuable" time waiting on them like I did. These clowns aren't the only dog and pony show in town, so give your "hard earned" money to a company who wants to actually serve their customers.
