        I have more than two years of experience as a counselor working with individuals, couples, and families. Counseling is available for relationship problems, conflicts, career and lifestyle changes, life coaching, sports competition preparedness, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss including pet loss, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and addictions. I use a person-centered approach drawing from several different modalities. Cost: $60/hr for individuals, $65/hr for couples, $70/hr for families, $120/hr for life coaching.
