I work for Cars 2 Charities and we had a donated vehicle picked up for Auction by your company. Even though your Driver was late once he picked up the vehicle he was very nice and professional. He apologized profusely to the Donor of the vehicle, who in turn was very impressed with his work ethic to make sure the customer was satisfied. Thank you for all your help, this would have been a 5 star across the board if it wasn't for the delay in the pickup, but things happen and we totally understand.
