My first visit there was going great until I was told I needed to pay $26 when I was leaving. I told the girls I don't have a copay my insurance covers it and she replied that it was for the cost of the pictures they took of my retinas / eyes not covered by my insurance So I think I should have been asked permission to do the extras that cost out of my pocket before she just did it and charged me for it. So I paid it.
Then my cost was over $300 for my glasses after insurance so I returned a couple weeks later to discuss it and make changes to the glasses to bring the cost down and I was in the other room looking at other frames and realized I left my purse on a table by the entrance to the room and I caught one of the girls video taping me with her phone though the mirrors across from where she was standing out of my sight!!
That was the chubby girl at the front desk that checked me in. That was very offensive as if I'm going to steal something is the was I took it!
I'm 52 years old and the three girls that work there that I've seen are all very young probably all early 20's.
So that was over $300 sale his office lost due to his employee. I went back there a couple of days ago and picked up my prescription, I will give my $300 to another office to fill my glasses.
