I have home warranty and this. Implant was. Hoses to make the repairs. The person Michael was very unprofessional. He put me off for two weeks claiming that he was waiting for the part to come in with promises to call and let me know one way or the other which he never did. I finally called the warranty company back and requested that they send someone else and when they contacted this Michael person his reason for not making the repair is he was waiting for me to furnish him with the appliance model number. Such a joke! and a waist of my time!
